Up six steps is the first floor, one bedroom with Queen bed, half bath and it's own den with wet bar,microwave and small refrigerator. There is a deck (has furniture) off the den and access to the dock. Second floor has one bedroom (Queen) and a full bath. Third floor is the main living area, television, VCR and DVD. Wonderful views from the deck (has furniture) on this floor. The fourth floor has one bedroom (Queen), one cot, full bath (shower only) and a hallway half bath. The fifth floor is a loft with 3 twin beds and a television. The loft can use the hallway half bath 6 steps down.
