Items you will find in all Platinum, Gold and Silver
rated rental units in the Landis Co. Inventory:

air conditioning (X or C=Central A/C), cable, color TV, VCR, telephone, pillows,
washer & dryer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, icemaker or ice
trays, toaster, coffee maker, deck furniture, outside shower,
barbeque grill (where permitted). Bronze rated units may
not be air conditioned.
A "W" in the air conditioning amenity denotes wall or window
air conditioning. Or there may be an actual number which denotes the number of
wall or window air conditioners in the property.
