Platinum	New or like new condition. Designer appointments. Superior quality furnishings. Top quality kitchens and baths.
Gold	New or newer condition. Upscale & Well appointed. Excellent furnishings, quality kitchens and baths.
Silver	Inviting and pleasing. Tastefully decorated. Contemporary kitchen and baths.
Bronze	Comfortable and Pleasant. Providing many of the comforts of home. Bronze rated units may not be air conditioned.  A "W" in the air conditioning amenity denotes wall or window air conditioning. PLEASE REVIEW THE PROPERTY AMENITIES CAREFULLY.
