Welcome to Jak'z Sandbar beach house. We hope you enjoy your vacation and enjoy our home as much as we do. Jak'z Sandbar is located only 4 houses from the beach and has an open and spacious family room perfect for the family to hang together. The view of the ocean from the front deck is beautiful and the deck has an awning to provide comfortable shade on those hot summer days. Park your car for the week and walk everywhere! One block to the North is Pirate Island Miniature Golf which offers 18 holes that take you on a journey through theme park like attractions of animated pirates, caves, waterfalls, suspension bridges, and pirate shipsa unique adventure for all ages! One block to the East is the Promenade, which has shops, eateries, arcades and many places to sit and enjoy. Five blocks (8 minute walk) to the south is Excursion Park, where you can enjoy Free Music in the Park, Free Classic & Family Movies Under the Stars, the Farmers Market, Acoustic Open Mic Night and so much more. This spacious townhouse is a great choice for your family vacation. When you enter the home on the 1st floor there are two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queenand twin bunk. Bedroom two has two twin beds. Also on this level isone full bath. Up thesteps to the 2nd floor you will enter theopen and spacious familyroom, dining area and kitchen. The familyroom has a gas fireplacefor you to enjoy on those cooler nights.Down the hallway is thethird bedroom with a queen bed and twinbunk. Also on this level is another full bath. Up the steps to thethirdfloor, you will find a beautiful master suite with a queenbed, a private fullbath and a large walk in closet. The mastersuite has its ownprivate deck with a fantastic view of the Bay.Jak'z Sandbar alsohas a vinyl fenced in yard (however, sorry nopets are allowed) andan outside private shower for after thebeach. Don't want to missout on your favorite shows? No need toworry, 5 flat screen TV withcomplimentary cable and high speedinternet and WIFI access is allfor you to enjoy.
