Wi Fi Included. This unit comes with one exterior parking space. Parking spots cannot be switched. Tenants are responsible for bringing their own towels and linens. The pool is not a guaranteed amenity. Rentals in the Spinnaker building can not be less than 7 days per the Spinnaker association.
