Other features include TV's in every room and an intercom system. New 70" flat screen TV in living room. This property has a California King Bed in the Loft in addition to another King bed. Owner supplies a set of sheets for the California King bed. Tenant must wash and leave in the property for next tenant coming in. Tenant will provide all other linens. There are approximately 10 stairs up to get to the Main Level which has a Master Bedroom and private bath. Another Bedroom and a hallway bath.The Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen is also on this level. There are approximately another 10 steps to the Top level which has Two additional bedrooms.
